What you will do
- Design RAG pipelines and agent workflows
- Build evaluation sets and guardrails
- Deploy and monitor models in production
- Advise clients on AI feasibility and ROI
What you bring
- 3+ years in Python and ML engineering
- Production experience with LLM APIs
- Strong grasp of vector search and prompt design
Nice to have
- Fine-tuning experience
- Data engineering skills (dbt, Airflow)
