1How do we start working together?
Book a free consultation through the contact page. We will discuss your goals, then propose a discovery sprint or a direct estimate depending on how defined your project is.
2Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share any details, or we can provide our own mutual NDA.
3What information do you need for an estimate?
Your goals, target users, key features and any deadlines. A rough brief is fine. We will help shape the rest.
Pricing & timelines
1How much does a project cost?
Most MVPs range from 4 to 12 weeks of work. We give you a fixed quote or a transparent monthly rate after discovery. There are no hidden fees.
2How long does it take to build an app or platform?
A focused MVP usually takes 8–12 weeks. Larger platforms are delivered in phases, with a usable release every few weeks.
3What payment terms do you offer?
Fixed-scope projects are billed by milestone. Dedicated teams and time-and-materials engagements are billed monthly.
Process & collaboration
1How will we communicate?
Through a shared Slack or Teams channel, weekly demos and a live project board. You always know what is happening.
2Can we change scope during the project?
Yes. Agile delivery is built for change. We re-estimate transparently and you decide the trade-offs.
3Do you work in our time zone?
We guarantee at least 4 hours of daily overlap with clients in Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Ownership, security & support
1Who owns the code and designs?
You do. All intellectual property, source code, designs and accounts transfer to you.
2How do you keep our data secure?
Least-privilege access, encrypted secrets, security reviews, dependency scanning and signed confidentiality agreements for every team member.
3Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a warranty period, and we offer monthly maintenance and SLA plans for ongoing support.
